Your transcription language and specialty are available in the web app’s account preferences.
Set the transcription language and specialty in Account settings.
Choose a transcription language
Open your profile/workspace menu and choose Account settings.
Under Preferences, find Transcription.
Open Language and choose the language being spoken, or select Auto-detect.
Your choice saves automatically. Specifying the spoken language may help transcription accuracy and speed. Check the selected setting before your next visit.
Choose your specialty
In the same Transcription section, open Specialty.
Use Search specialty if needed.
Select the specialty that matches your practice.
Medical Scribe uses the specialty preference to show relevant templates. Review the templates selected on your next visit before you start recording.
