Your remaining free visits and Upgrade link appear above a new visit.
Check your remaining visits
Select New Visit.
Look for the status showing how many free visits you have left.
Select Upgrade if you want to review the available paid option.
When your free visits are used up
The new-visit page displays You've used all your free visits and upgrade options instead of the recording form. New recordings and AI editing are blocked while the free-visit allowance is exhausted. Template testing is also unavailable.
Your next options
Upgrade to Professional: open the upgrade flow to review the current price, billing interval, and purchase terms before subscribing.
Request more credits: open a support message asking about additional trial credits. Send the message if you want the support team to review the request.
Book a demo: open the scheduling link shown on the page.
Requesting more credits does not itself add credits to your account.
If the displayed allowance looks wrong
Open Help Desk and explain which workspace you are using, the free-visit message you see, and whether you expected an active subscription. Avoid including patient details in the initial report.
