If you cannot find a visit, first check the active workspace and the name shown in the visit list.
Open the account menu to check the selected workspace.
Check the workspace
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
Under Workspaces, look for the checkmark beside the active workspace.
Select the workspace where you recorded the visit, then check its visit list.
Visits belong to a workspace. Switching workspaces changes the visits you are viewing.
Search the visit list
Select the magnifying-glass button labeled Find visits. You can also use Command+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows.
Type part of the patient name or visit title shown in the list.
Select the matching visit and check its date and content.
When a patient is linked, the visit list shows the patient's name in place of the visit title. Search that name. The search matches the displayed name or title; it does not search the transcript or note text.
If there are no results
Clear the search or press Escape to return to the unfiltered list.
Scroll through the list to load older visits, then search again. If you see Unable to load more visits right now, select Retry.
Check another workspace if you may have recorded the visit there.
Look for an upload status. A visit recorded on another device may still be uploading from that device.
If the recording failed to upload, check the original browser and device for Retry upload or the Failed uploads panel.
If you still cannot find the visit, open Help Desk and include the workspace, approximate date and time, recording device, and visible status. A missing search result alone does not mean the visit was deleted.
