Make corrections

  1. Open the visit and select the document you want to edit.

  2. Click in the note text and type your changes. Select text to use the formatting controls.

  3. Use Undo or Redo to reverse or reapply an edit while working in that note.

  4. Finish editing, then allow the automatic save to complete before using Copy Note.

The editor saves automatically; there is no separate Save button.

Check a detail against the visit

You can open the transcript to compare the note with the recorded conversation. Correct missing or inaccurate details in the note.

Adding more audio or regenerating a document can change its contents, so check any earlier corrections afterward.

If an edit is missing

Keep a copy of the wording you need and contact Help Desk with your browser and the steps that led to the problem. Leave patient details out of the initial report.
