On the Medical Scribe sign-in screen, choose Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or continue with your email address.
Sign in with an email code
Enter the email address you use for Medical Scribe.
Select Sign in.
On Check your email, open the matching inbox and look for the sign-in message. Check spam or junk as well.
Enter the six-digit code. Medical Scribe submits the code when all six digits have been entered.
Request another code
Check that you used the intended email address and are looking in the matching inbox.
If the button shows Send another code in …s, wait for the displayed countdown to finish.
Select Send another code.
Wait for the new-code confirmation, then check your inbox again and enter the code from the new message.
The button shows Sending new code... while the request is running. If an error appears, follow its message and any displayed retry countdown rather than repeatedly submitting requests.
Joining a workspace from an invitation
Open the invitation and sign in with the email address that was invited. The invitation sign-in screen identifies the workspace you are joining.
If you still cannot sign in
Check for a typo in the address you entered and try the sign-in flow again with the correct address. If you contact support, include the sign-in method, exact error, and approximate time of the attempt. Never send your sign-in code to another person.
